This course is designed to move you forward from the place you are at right now, through the transformation you are craving, and to the life, health and purpose you have been imagining and preparing to create.

It’s time for women to ignite their intuition and move forward into higher states of health, empowerment, and dive deep into their missions and passions.

Included in this Coached Program

I will guide you through 10 powerful chapters with handouts and journal inspirations to work with
Guided Meditations unlocked with each chapter in a specific series with instructions to ignite intuition and learn mindfulness from scratch
Content to support the journey will also be released as you travel the course and beyond. This includes free guided meditations, videos, perspective papers on special topics (forgiveness, sabotage, food and supplements etc)

Each chapter will be sent to you and our online sessions together will explore each step tailored to your own process and pace. Participants are encouraged to do some homework and practice the guided meditations along the way.
